Hope, possibility, insight, change; these are the gifts therapy can offer. Many times in life we feel that our problems are never ending or that we have hit a dead end. Building a positive and meaningful connection is at the heart of what I do. I commit myself to working with those who truly desire a change in their life, so that we can together find the path that best fits their goals.
My previous clinical experiences have afforded me the privilege of working with our military, children and adolescents, and their families in a traditional clinical, community, and hospital settings.
Through this I learned that we all have challenges, but we also have personal strengths that help us overcome those difficulties. I generally utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Role-play, and Client Centered Counseling. My goal with all my clients is to help them arrive at a place where they feel comfortable, secure, and empowered to manage life successfully.
