The decision to contact a counselor can be difficult but my hope is to make the psychotherapy process as welcoming as possible. My counseling style is relaxed and collaborative in nature. I will take every measure to ensure that my office is a safe place to freely laugh, cry, and express any type of emotion as needed with children, adults, couples and families. I utilize different methods and approaches and tailor each treatment plan to the specific needs and goals of my clients.

I received a Master of Social Work Studies from Baylor University in 2013 and Clinical license in 2017. I also have a Masters of Theological Studies from Baylor University where I studied world religions and participated in extensive international travel that has made me comfortable working with all types of cultures, customs and religious beliefs. My background as a hospital social worker has given me experience working in the ER, Inpatient Psych Unit, and Oncology floors. It also enables me to facilitate collaboration between family dynamics, medical processes, and parent-child relationships.

Psychotherapy is a process that helps people overcome irrational, dysfunctional, and unhealthy though processes; and can lead to a happier more productive life. Please contact me when you are ready. I would be honored to work with you.
