Counseling is a very intimate and personal journey, of which requires specific tailoring on a case by case basis. I facilitate the therapeutic process by integrating traditional, creative, and experiential interventions specifically for each client. Through my clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I strive to place emphasis on the therapeutic relationship by providing a warm and collaborative environment. I have experience working with individuals and families in outpatient, residential, non-profit, and private practice settings. In my work with children, I facilitate therapy utilizing their natural language of play. My child-centered play/art therapy approach, aims to assist in the facilitation of the coping and healing process with a child’s developmental needs in mind.

As a body-centered psychotherapist, I also aim to transcend the conversation of traditional talk therapy and empower the client on an emotional and physical level. I enjoy meeting you where you are in your healing process, and specialize in working with trauma, grief, and survivors of all kinds. My overall approach to therapy is holistic and promotes the integration of mind and body wellness in a space that fosters healing and growth.
