Gloria Mendez is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor with 22 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and couples with a variety of treatment needs. Gloria has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology for Our Lady of the Lake University. Gloria has provided services in various environments ranging from community mental health centers, schools, home-based services, and private practice. This experience has allowed for the development of personal treatment modalities that combine curriculum-based methods and field experience. Gloria implements traditional treatment methods such as CBT, solution-focused, and other post-modern approaches as well as incorporating holistic approaches guided by the needs of each client.
