As a clinician I am dedicated to providing a safe and protected space where my clients can feel empowered to heal, grow and thrive.  I utilize a strengths based perspective with a holistic approach.  This approach allows me to view the whole person rather than viewing parts of an individual (the symptoms, isolated issue, or previous trauma). I believe a meaningful life can be achieved when integrating the whole being in the healing process.  I provide alternative or expressive therapies separate from/or integrated with traditional talk therapy.  This would entail body-centered work, mindfulness modalities, trauma -focused CBT, DBT, and child centered approaches (in children) tailored to the individual needs of my client(s).

My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, groups, families, and incarcerated individuals in diverse settings/levels of care such as inpatient and partial hospitals and correctional institutions.
