Lorena Mendoza-Gibson has been a clinician for 13 years and has experience working with children and families for 20 years. As a client-centered therapist, my primary commitment is to grow a therapeutic relationship based on acceptance, empathy and understanding. I believe we all have a remarkable capacity for self-healing and personal growth. I have experience working with children who have behavioral issues or experiencing a significant event in their life to which they are having a difficult time adjusting. Lorena uses her skills to empower the client to decide what is most needed in their treatment. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
