There are times in all our lives where things can become overwhelming and feeling unmanageable. We all need and deserve support during those times. Coming from a “strengths” perspective, I believe we all have, or can develop, what we need to thrive in even the most challenging events in life, and be able to grow into strong, self-sufficient survivors. You may find yourself struggling with some challenges such as infidelity, loss of a loved one, isolation, health issues, self-abuse, uncontrolled anger, failing relationships, or even debilitating anxiety, and I hope to be able to work with you to overcome them.
In my 20 years of practice, working with all ages, I have developed an approach that is collaborative, client focused, proactive, and acknowledges the importance of my relationship with you. My experience throughout my career has been in inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial hospitalization, and in the outpatient arena for all ages, doing individual, group, family and crisis intervention. I have had the opportunity to work with different types of clients’ struggles, and have been honored to be a part of their journey. I currently work with adults, couples, families, teens, and children, and look forward to being a part of your healing journey as well!
