At some time in our lives we all face challenges. The first step in dealing with these challenges is reaching out and asking for help. If you are facing issues such as relational, parenting, depression, military specific problems and anxiety that are impacting your life, work and relationships I can help. I believe in a very proactive, collaborative approach to therapy where the relationship between therapist and patient is crucial and hard work in and out of the office is essential. I also believe that therapy should be tailored to the patients specific needs and do not limit myself to one type of therapeutic approach.
I served 24 years on active duty in the military and specialize in treating military members and their families. I have and continue to treat families, couples, adults and teens and look forward to working together with you to meet your needs and the needs of your families.
I attended Regents College, Texas A&M and St. Mary’s University.
